The ethical actions are important because of the priority of the mission goal and their close relationship with social progress and development. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the identification and social analysis of these types of actions among the verses of revelation and it deals with the effect of ethical actions in the production of social capital in the process of progress based on religious teachings and answers these questions based on the Quranic teachings. What impact do ethical actions (behavior) have on the formation of social progress? How do moral actions generate social capital and influence progress (development)? What coordinates, examples and dimensions does this group of actions have? What are the effects and consequences of this group of actions? Those actions that are desirable and progressive in the development of social interactions have been socially studied, analyzed and searched by using the inductive content analysis method. Honesty, trustworthiness and fulfillment of an obligation, altruism (Arabic: إیثار, self-sacrifice), asking forgiveness or istighfār (Arabic: استغفار ʾistiġfār), and forgiving others, kindness, non-violence, chastity and purity, patience and honesty and benevolent actions combined with social supervision have been discussed, which lead to sincerity, togetherness, coherence and expansion of social interactions and emotional relationships far from hatred and warm and emotional relationships and as a result, it causes the production of social capital and its improvement and will lead to the density of actions focused on purpose and excellence that are necessary for progress.

Different communities with various methods of control of terrorist crimes seek to reduce the rates of crimes in order to provide security and maintain sovereignty. However, the growing of terrorist crimes and the inefficiency of the criminal justice system of different countries in this field indicates that it must be used to face this phenomenon. One of the most important preventive mechanisms in the field of terrorist crimes is social prevention, which is critical to various tools in the effort to prevent entry into terrorist activities or taking out people from the crime cycle, however, the way to implement these mechanisms is critical because these long-term measures should eventually lead to loss of crime or sustainable reduction. The prevailing belief in the perpetrators of terrorist crimes is that a terrorist is always terrorists, and for this reason, the only way to eliminate them from the cycle of crime is physical punishment such as execution or permanent imprisonment. However, the findings of cognitive studies show that the probability of success of social prevention programs on individuals is exposed to the risk of delinquency or stopping the delinquency among terrorist groups.

The expansion and influence of ICTs and the subsequent emergence of cyber space has made fundamental changes in all aspects of human life, including the national security of societies. Cyberspace with its unique features by the means of information exchange technology had put challenges to national security whose protection is traditionally difficult and inadequate. Although criminal proceedings against these crimes are inevitable, given the reactivity of this act and its adoption after the offense, it cannot undermine the harmful effects of these crimes. Instead, it seems that preventive criminal policy, in the form of social prevention can be considered as the most effective strategy to deal with these new threats. This article by a descriptive analytical method, identifies cybercrime crimes and examines social prevention programs for dealing with cybercrime against national security. The outcome of this study is to identify and validate the implementation of this preventive model.

Contrary to the past that the task of social worker was helping the need but now days the aim of social work is improvement of people's life quality. Social work services includes: welfare services and rehabilitation services to all ages (Childs, juvenile, youth, adults and aged persons) also capable and handicapped persons (physical, psychical, mental and social). On of the aim of social work is declining social problems including crime prevention with addressing to person's social – economic status.Declining social problems is doable by awareness and identification of problematic factors in neighborhood and interaction with related agencies. The method of the research is documentary and descriptive method and it is based on social work by legal and judicial policy. The findings of research show that there is a direct relation between low social – economic status and family' s awareness. It means that awarded families usually don’t commit crimes. But knowingly or unknowingly in families with social – economic status and having poor awareness of laws commit crime. Every distinct of city should has a social worker who can communicate with local families (under the control of police and municipality). He/ she can address educational, employment, entertainment, giving legal information. And give the some opportunity and interests of society. So the reasons of committing crime were declined. Giving legal information means informing the families with criminal, civil and citizenship laws and regulations. These will be achieved when cooperation between related agencies and organizations including police, parole societies, similar administrative agencies become more and these should adapted with the aims of social work in order to solve the problems of crime and prevention.

Introduction: Alternative punishments of imprisonment, which are called as a new approach of the penal system to fight against the negative consequences of prison, have many effects and consequences that need to be investigated. Therefore, in this study, while examining the types of alternative punishments, the moral and social effects of the implementation of these punishments have been explored. Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted using an analytical-descriptive method. In this study, in order to provide an appropriate answer to the question presented, by referring to the theoretical bases (books) and articles published in the ISC, Magiran, Civilica, SID and Ensani in the years 2011 to 2023 and with the method of extracting the existing legal provisions, the effectiveness of this type of punishment was also criticized in reaching the intended goals. Conclusion: The results of this study show that with the implementation of such punishments, the level of public trust, the growth of morals and social capital in the society will also improve. Therefore, the implementation of these punishments, while reducing the criminal population of prisoners and reforming them, provides better implementation of social justice and improvement of public trust, emotional and financial support for the families of criminals
